Return/Exchanges Policy for EtrnlHair

At EtrnlHair, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our hair extensions and lace frontal wigs. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have outlined our return policy to ensure a smooth and convenient process for our valued customers.

Returns

  • Time Frame: Customers can return any unopened and unused hair extensions or lace frontal wigs within 30 days of purchase. The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@etrnlhair.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
